DANG I could go for a cookie right now!
My little sis is the baker and chef of our family. Well my dad is too, but Laura’s baked goods are to die for! Yes I can bake, but admit with open heart that Laura inherited that gene and LOVES to bake.
I’m allergic to wheat & dairy and either have to make my own goodies or buy them - which is much more expensive than “regular” food - as you know if you have food allergies. Laura also makes them for me - and makes me pay too! LOL! Kidding… maybe. Anyway, she brought a batch of her famous Gluten Free Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies for me yesterday. Let me just say… YUM! These are my favs!
Anyway, Laura finally opened up her Gourmet Cookie Shoppe and is in the process of adding more of her delicious homemade to die for cookies. Oh and don’t worry, her packages do not look like the one she brought me above. Humor runs in our family - she taped it up REAL good with packing tape AND stapled the bags shut. As if that would stop me.
